Job summary

Funding Circle UK in London is seeking a data-driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead and scale our FlexiPay sales team. You will drive outbound execution, optimise conversion, and manage daily floor performance.

You will lead coaching, performance management, and the development of teams through data analytics, live shadowing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is hybrid with in-office collaboration and scalable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume sales leadership or senior player-coach role.
• Ability to analyse conversion metrics, call data and performance trends to guide strategy.
• Comfort with Generative AI and modern sales tools to automate workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and performance-manage your team to meet targets.
• Use metrics and funnel analytics to tailor development plans for reports.
• Analyse performance data and trends to design high-impact sales strategies.
• Coach through live call shadowing, role-playing, and setting goals.
• Lead continuous improvement to drive team forward.
• Identify ways to use Generative AI to cut manual admin and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with other departments to roll out new initiatives.
• Use CRM dashboards to track performance and present insights to leadership.
• Champion best-practice initiatives and ensure internal controls.
