Funding Circle in London is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead the Outbound Sales team on a hybrid basis. You will coach, train, and develop your team to maximize potential, while using data insights and Generative AI to spot new commercial opportunities and improve efficiency and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven success building and mentoring high-performing outbound sales teams.
• Strong ability to analyze conversion metrics and performance trends.
• Comfort with Generative AI and sales tech to improve coaching and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and performance-manage your team to meet targets.
• Set goals with direct reports and support their development.
• Analyze data and trends to design high-impact outbound sales strategies.
• Turn insights into opportunities to grow the pipeline.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost conversion, efficiency, and revenue.
• Provide regular feedback through 1:1s and KPI reviews.
