Job summary

Funding Circle in London is seeking a data-driven, hands‑on Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our FlexiPay sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel outbound execution, improving conversion, and managing daily floor performance.

You’ll use metrics and CRM dashboards to tailor development plans, design high-impact sales strategies, and push continuous improvement across processes. This role requires a London hybrid presence (3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume sales leadership or senior player‑coach role.
• Skilled at analysing conversion metrics, call data, and performance trends to build, test, and implement successful sales strategies.
• Proactive and eager to bring new ideas to drive the performance of your team.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and performance-manage your team to consistently achieve individual and collective targets.
• Use metrics and funnel analytics to run tailored 1:1s and build development plans for your reports.
• Analyse performance data, conversion metrics and trends to design, implement, and iterate high-impact sales strategies.
• Be an active floor presence—coaching through live call shadowing, role-playing, objection handling, and setting goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive the team forward.
