Job description

Job Title: Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. The role involves managing and leading a team of sales agents to meet individual KPIs and business objectives, delivering the best outcomes for our customers and achieving targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage teams of sales agents, ensuring they achieve sales targets, maintain compliance, and operate efficiently.
  • Conduct regular performance and compliance reviews, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up, setting and monitoring call to actions for success.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets as set by the business.
  • Manage contractual documentation to ensure full compliance.
  • Identify and sell appropriate products to customers, maximizing margin opportunities.
  • Maintain sales and efficiency reports, communicate progress with stakeholders, and follow up with action plans and detailed output results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and other key departments.
  • Own personal learning with support from your line manager and structured training programs.
  • Provide accurate and timely management updates and reports.
  • Manage core staff, ensuring policies and processes are followed at all times.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and successful team culture.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and document interactions consistently.
Qualifications & Skills Needed
  • Excellent IT skills, with strong understanding of CRM systems, call quality systems, and data extraction using Excel.
  • Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to align team efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Strong people management, coaching, and sales development skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well.
