Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with your Branch Manager to motivate and manage the sales team, including line management responsibilities.
  • Oversee sales, resource allocation, and customer service within the branch to meet sales and operational KPIs.
  • Support the management team in delivering high performance aligned with the company's core values.
  • Ensure branch compliance with standards to maintain balanced performance.
  • Engage actively in HR activities, including performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognizing our people as our most valuable asset.
  • Assist in external recruitment and inductions, ensuring a right-first-time approach, and support internal talent development.
  • Promote a customer-focused approach, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
