Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our client in Selhurst, London. The role leads a sales team, drives revenue growth, and manages customer relationships from enquiry to delivery.

You will focus on securing large, specification-led projects and collaborate with production to ensure exceptional service. The position is office-based, with a salary of £65,000–£75,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience within a Technical, Electrical or Construction products background.
• Proven track record of winning projects and developing customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot and Sage desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Sales team, driving sales performance.
• Oversee customer enquiries, quotations and project delivery.
• Focus on securing larger specification-led projects and coordinating with production for timely delivery.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in-office.

In this varied role, you will lead and develop the Sales team, drive revenue growth and manage key customer relationships, whilst overseeing enquiries and quotations through to successful delivery. You will also focus on securing larger specification-led projects, supporting technical requirements and working closely with production to ensure excellent service and project delivery.

This role will suit a Sales Manager from an Electrical, Construction or Technical Products background, looking to combine hands-on sales with team management within a specialist manufacturer offering long-term career opportunities and bonuses to boost earnings.
