Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging in the UK is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to process sales orders and liaise with customers across the UK and Europe. The role is on-site in Chapeltown, Sheffield, full-time, 40 hours a week.

You will support customers throughout their orders journey to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Prior experience with customer orders in manufacturing is helpful but the right attitude and track record matters most.

Qualifications

Experience handling customer orders and inquiries in a manufacturing or packaging context is beneficial.
Strong communication and coordination skills to manage orders across multiple stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer sales orders accurately from initiation to delivery.
Liaise with customers at all stages of their orders journey to ensure expectations are met.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to satisfy orders and deadlines.

£28,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
