Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging in the UK is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to process sales orders and liaise with customers across the UK and Europe. The role is on-site in Chapeltown, Sheffield, full-time, 40 hours a week.

You will support customers throughout their orders journey to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Prior experience with customer orders in manufacturing is helpful but the right attitude and track record matters most.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer orders and inquiries in a manufacturing or packaging context is beneficial.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage orders across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
