Due to continued growth at our Chester office, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Representative within our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to meet their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service and solutions.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the Key Accounts sales channel.
    • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Sales Outreach and Presentations:
    • Initiate outbound sales activities in collaboration with the field sales team.
    • Educate customers about the benefits of our products/services using a consultative approach.
    • Deliver presentations or product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
  • Targets:
    • Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Sales Support and Coordination:
    • Support the sales process, including order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Record-Keeping and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
    • Generate reports to track performance and inform strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align strategies.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis and Feedback:
    • Analyze NPS surveys to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform product development, pricing, and marketing.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to recommend growth strategies.

    • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
    • Ability to understand and explain technical product information.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and trends.
