Job summary

Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is seeking a talented Sales Support Manager to lead our internal sales administration team in Stone, Staffordshire. You will drive process improvements, deliver exceptional B2B customer service, and collaborate with the UK Country Manager on performance analytics and planning.

You will coordinate order workflows, oversee marketplace and vendor activities (including Amazon), and provide reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales support or inside sales team.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales administration and order management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with commercial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the inside sales administration team.
• Oversee sales support activities to ensure excellent service for B2B customers.
• Review and improve order processing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle customer escalations with a solution-focused approach.
• Collaborate with the UK Country Manager on sales performance analysis and planning.
• Produce sales reports, data analyses and management presentations.
• Coordinate ops for new product launches and promotions.
• Manage Amazon and online marketplace admin and vendor setup.
• Monitor marketplaces for IP infringements and protect brand integrity.
