Job summary

PureGym Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Support Manager to help drive pre-open and post-open sales performance, support new joiners, and manage outreach initiatives. The role focuses on social campaigns, partner engagement, and ensuring a high standard of member experience.

You will coordinate with gym operations to deliver GEX classes, assist with fit-out phases, and act as a deputy for the Gym Manager when required. The position offers a fixed-term contract and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• L2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Gym Manager in overseeing pre-open and post-open sales performance.
• Support in bringing in new joiners through club outreach and community events.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Engage with businesses to secure wellness events.
• Assist with install week tasks and gym fit-out post PC.
• Monitor competitors locally and respond to maintain competitive edge.
• Deliver excellent member experience and drive memberships to Plus.
• Post-opening duties including GEX classes and opening/closing gym.
• Drive sales and member engagement 4 weeks post-open.
• Deputise for Gym Manager when needed.
