PureGym is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager in the United Kingdom to lead and develop a team of fitness professionals while maintaining top-tier member experience. You will work closely with the Gym Manager to implement service standards, drive staff growth, and enhance group exercise offerings across the club.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, recruiting talent, and fostering a welcoming, high-energy gym culture that aligns with PureGym’s values and 'Feel PureGym Good' ethos.

Qualifications

• L2 gym instructor qualification and experience teaching group exercise are required.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality member experiences and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member experience through service standards alongside the Gym Manager.
• Support the Gym Manager in recruiting and developing a team of fitness professionals.
• Lead and motivate Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors to foster a positive work environment.
• Drive group exercise offerings and staff development to support member engagement and retention.
