PureGym Ltd. is recruiting an Assistant Gym Manager in the UK. You will work alongside the Gym Manager to deliver outstanding member experiences and drive team performance.

This role includes leading fitness staff, supporting recruitment, and developing the GEX offering, with a focus on service, standards and staff growth.

With 40-hour weeks, a fixed annual salary of £27,522 and a strong benefits package, the role offers progression within our growing PureGym estate.

Qualifications

• L2 qualification in gym instructing (required).
• Experience teaching group exercise is essential.
• Passion for fitness and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent member experience in the club, focusing on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
• Support the Gym Manager to recruit and develop a talent pipeline, training and supervising Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
• Group Exercise: manage and improve the GEX offering within the gym.
