PureGym Ltd. in the UK is seeking a dynamic Gym Manager to lead a busy club, driving performance, managing budgets and developing a high‑calibre team of trainers and fitness coaches. You will ensure a safe, engaging environment and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you will build a strong, motivated team, recruit talent, and maintain top standards for service and facilities while contributing to growth across the gym network.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• A desire to drive results with resilience, confidence and integrity.
• Comfort with budgets, financial reporting and inventory management.
• Commitment to supporting people reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive gym performance by detailing action plans and maintaining a safe, legal environment.
