If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Lead to join the wider sales and marketing team. What we want is great personalities with strong organisational skills, who are self motivated and enthusiastic about new home sales.

The role is a varied role with responsibilities, mainly providing support to the Marketing Director in delivering the sales and marketing strategy whilst ensuring that all sales support areas are in place, and all sales teams have the right support to be highly effective at maximising revenue opportunities to be able to deliver the required operational performance and customer experience KPIs to meet the sales business plans and assist in future growth requirements.

As a Sales Support Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the Regional Sales Directors to assist and support with implementing the Sales and Marketing strategy across all areas consistency.
• Continually monitor sales operations and performance data/figures, alongside the Marketing Data Analyst to identify challenges, risks and opportunities and form solutions that can contribute to recommendations to the Marketing Director for business improvements. Work closely with regional sales teams, regularly attending sites to gain knowledge and insight into any onsite sales challenges, risks and opportunities and take action to mitigate risk, develop opportunities and drive 5customer experience and other KPIs.
• Creatively and innovatively develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies working in collabo-ration with Regional Sales Directors that will continue to drive performance.
• Monitor the effectiveness of Internal Sales processes whilst monitoring external market trends and where opportunities for improvements are recognised, design and implement changes that will benefit and improve the effectiveness of processes across sales teams.
• Assisting Regional Sales Directors and Marketing Director with setting standard sales policies and procedures along with implementing and monitoring them to ensure that all policies and procedures in place are positively supporting the team in meeting business objectives.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Able to balance multiple priorities within a fast-changing and demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A good knowledge of the Construction Industry and a broad understanding of the legal framework, mort-gage market and financial implications of the methods and sequences of build
• Demonstratable knowledge of the property market and competitor activity
• Broad awareness of codes of practice that impact on sales and marketing matters e.g. Code of Conduct, CML, PMA etc
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience within the housebuilding and/or construction industry
• UK driving licence
