If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Lead to join our wider sales and marketing team. We are looking for individuals with great personalities, strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for new home sales.


The role is varied, with responsibilities mainly supporting the Marketing Director in delivering the sales and marketing strategy. You will ensure all sales support areas are in place, and sales teams have the right support to maximise revenue opportunities, meet operational performance and customer experience KPIs, and support future growth.


Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Regional Sales Directors to support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies across all areas.
  • Monitoring sales operations and performance data alongside the Marketing Data Analyst to identify challenges, risks, and opportunities, and formulating solutions and recommendations for business improvements.
  • Visiting sites regularly to understand onsite sales challenges, risks, and opportunities, and taking action to mitigate risks, develop opportunities, and enhance customer experience and KPIs.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Directors to drive performance.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of internal sales processes, monitoring external market trends, and implementing improvements where opportunities are identified.
  • Assisting Regional Sales Directors and the Marketing Director in setting and monitoring sales policies and procedures to support meeting business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Can balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing, demanding environment.
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Has good knowledge of the construction industry, including legal frameworks, mortgage markets, and build processes.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the property market and competitor activity.
  • Has awareness of codes of practice impacting sales and marketing, such as the Code of Conduct, CML, and PMA.
  • Exhibits excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Has experience in the housebuilding or construction industry.
  • Holds a UK driving license.
