Job summary

SCC is recruiting a Sales Support Executive in Bracknell. This permanent role involves supporting Account Managers across strategic accounts, coordinating quotes, and maintaining CRM records. The position operates in a hybrid model with standard 9:00–17:30 hours and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will liaise with partners and internal teams to ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and smooth order processing, contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or fast-paced customer environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Experience with upsell/cross-sell is desirable.
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate a broad range of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to assigned Account Managers across strategic accounts.
• Hold regular account-priority calls to agree focus areas and deadlines.
• Build and maintain account knowledge including stakeholders and procurement routes.
• Coordinate quotations, pricing requests, orders, renewals, and deal registrations.
• Proactively chase outstanding quotations and customer actions, informing Account Managers of progress.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities and pipeline activity.
