Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executive for a 12 Months FTC in Manchester. You will support Direct Sales teams and clients through the full pre- and post-sales process, planning campaigns, and coordinating artwork and orders to meet tight timelines.

We're looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executives to join our team in supporting our vision of Creating the Future of Media on a 12 Months FTC.

What you'll be doing

This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed. Your duties may include: -

• Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre-and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.


• Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems


• Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.


• Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.


• Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.


• Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.


• Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.


• Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.


• Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.


• Organize photography for requested campaigns.


• To ensure all activities are reflective of the 'knowledge, accuracy & efficiency' team pillars.


• Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.
