About The Role

We are hiring a Tech & Community Support Specialist to provide exceptional user support, troubleshoot issues, and foster community engagement across multiple channels. This entry-level role requires about 2 years’ experience in customer success, sales support, or account management, with a technical or scientific background, strong English skills, and an interest in AI and developer tools. If you are eager to learn and help users harness generative AI, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and issues related to our products.
  • Engage with the community, promoting best practices and a positive environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user problems to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Document support requests and contribute to a knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay community feedback and inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 years' experience in customer success, sales support, or account management.
  • Technical/scientific background with knowledge of AI, social platforms, and tools.
  • Fluent English and availability to support Europe and North America time zones.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in tech or software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive community engagement and knowledge sharing passion.
  • Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Educational background in IT, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
