Job description

This is a Permanent, Full-Time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Come and join the Evri Sales team! We have a great opportunity to join us as an SME Sales Assistant. In this role, you'll drive new client onboarding, positively impact trading by confirming commercials, and bringing clients onto our systems for immediate trading. You'll work cross-functionally with our New Business Teams to resolve onboarding issues, streamline processes, and address delays to improve onboarding and client management.   1. Maintain and update multiple dashboards and trackers to support the sales function.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on pipeline, volume forecasting, and trading profile submissions.
  3. Review, update, and maintain cross-functional reports, ensuring sales actions are implemented and reported back.
  4. Manage the allocation of BA and MFN inboxes, triaging leads based on area and volume for efficient distribution.
  5. Apply Pricebands and default settings on Business Account customer accounts via CRM.
  6. Maintain and update internal records and liaise with third-party providers to ensure correct tariffs are applied.
  7. Manage application of pricebands and credit terms, monitor start dates, and initial collections.
  8. Liaise with Operations to improve service performance for SME customers.
  9. Identify and escalate blockages in client setup by compiling data.
  10. Align Power BI data with CRM and ensure accounts are correctly assigned.
  11. Oversee application of Client IDs and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  12. Review sales data via SAP (SOS/order tracking reports).
  13. Coordinate with the Sales Team to align pipeline stages with setup statuses.
  14. Provide Excel support and ad-hoc admin assistance across the sales function.
We are looking for:
  • Experience in a sales administrator/support role.
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in the industry.
  • Excel Microsoft Office Specialist Qualification – in progress or obtained.
  • Understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, proactive, energetic, and ambitious.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to constructively challenge a diverse range of stakeholders.
