Part of an integrated team of resources assisting the Sales Support Representatives (SSR), Order Management Coordinator (OMC), and Accounts Executives (AE) on a national basis. Assists with general sales support functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Fulfills special customer requirement needs that are identified.
  2. Prepares weekly order status and shipping reports for the SSR and AE to deliver to the customer.
  3. Performs Open Purchase Order Management.
  4. Assists with forecasting—gathering information weekly and report generation.
  5. Acts as liaison for information needed from Legal, Credit, and Finance departments.
  6. Performs deal registration assistance and tracking.
  7. Manages documents for closing orders requiring signatures.
  8. Researches customer issues and invoicing questions.
  9. Provides training to backup any departmental needs.
  10. Demonstrates and actively promotes understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through behaviors aligned with organizational values.
  11. Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with honest, ethical, and professional standards.
  12. Supports and conducts oneself in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

  • High School Education required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related area.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • No certifications required.

  • Excellent communication skills—oral and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented.

Physical Demands

The physical demands include sitting, standing, or similar postures, talking, seeing, hearing, and using hands and arms. May occasionally need to move about, climb steps, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. May occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds.
