Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, reporting and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with Amazon channel or eCommerce sales is desirable.
• Proactive in fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, peers and other departments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and maximise results.
• Assist customers and sales team with all account questions, issues or concerns.
• Run in-depth analyses of reports and dashboards to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competition, products and pricing affecting sales efforts.
• Load daily/weekly financial model (FIMO) in Sales Force for non-contractual and contractual.
• Maintain the customer price list in collaboration with Pricing Management.
• Learn company systems such as Oracle, Business Objects, Salesforce.
• Create SOPs to drive efficiency in processes.
• Coordinate shipment plans between logistics and sales operations.
• Support Amazon Channel Manager in coordinating and executing action plans.
• Understand Belkin products and categories.
