Qualifications

  • Experience in sales administration, reporting and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Experience with Amazon channel or eCommerce sales is desirable.
  • Proactive in fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, peers and other departments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and maximise results.
  • Assist customers and sales team with all account questions, issues or concerns.
  • Run in-depth analyses of reports and dashboards to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, products and pricing affecting sales efforts.
  • Load daily/weekly financial model (FIMO) in Sales Force for non-contractual and contractual.
  • Maintain the customer price list in collaboration with Pricing Management.
  • Learn company systems such as Oracle, Business Objects, Salesforce.
  • Create SOPs to drive efficiency in processes.
  • Coordinate shipment plans between logistics and sales operations.
  • Support Amazon Channel Manager in coordinating and executing action plans.
  • Understand Belkin products and categories.

Job description

As a Sales Support Coordinator Amazon, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of all sales administration, reporting and analysis to effectively and efficiently support business strategies and objectives., The Sales Support Coordinator for Amazon will support the Amazon Europe Sales team by performing sales analysis as well as building and maintaining daily relationships to drive sales activities and resolve any issues which may arise within the team, wider business, and customers alike. You will be required to be hands on in assisting the team to optimise Amazon across all regions.,

  • Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, peers and other departments which will include Product Management, Finance, Marketing and Planning.
  • Collaborate with entire sales team including channel support to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximise results and achieve goals.
  • Assist customers and sales team with all account related questions, issues, or concerns. Provide accurate, timely information regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, and quotes.
  • Run and perform in-depth analysis of reports/dashboards regularly highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyse and understand industry market trends, competition, products and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary.
  • Daily/Weekly financial model (FIMO) loading in Sales Force for non-contractual and contractual.
  • Maintain and handle the customer Price List in collaboration with Pricing Management.
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn company system applications such as Oracle, Business Objects, Salesforce.com.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to drive efficiency in all the process above
  • Collating NPI forecasts when needed.
  • Support Amazon Channel Manager in coordinating and executing Amazon action plan.
  • Understand and champion Belkin products and categories.
  • Coordinate shipment plan between logistic and sales operations.
  • Be prepared to share thoughts and opinions, innovate and challenge to drive the business.

    Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, additional European languages are a benefit
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Well organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills
  • Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry, Previous experience in an eCommerce sales capacity or equivalent position. Information and Communication Technology industry background is advantageous.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrative experience of reporting and analysis
  • High volumes of administration support within a sales or customer service environment
  • Successfully contributed towards the growth of a sales or customer service environment
  • Experience managing Amazon Channel is highly desirable
