Job summary

Belkin International in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for Amazon Europe to handle sales administration, reporting, and analysis to back business strategies.

You will work with the Amazon Europe Sales team, perform in-depth analysis, manage price lists, SOPs, and coordinate logistics with sales and planning to drive results. This six-month FTC offers exposure to Oracle, Salesforce, and Business Objects in a dynamic product environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in eCommerce sales or Amazon Channel management is highly desirable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration, reporting and analysis to support business strategies.
• Maintain daily relationships to drive sales activities and resolve issues.
• Analyze reports/dashboards to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
• Load daily/weekly financial models in Salesforce for contracts.
• Coordinate shipment plans between logistics and sales operations.
• Create SOPs to drive efficiency.
