Job summary

Belkin is seeking a Head of Planning in Hemel Hempstead to lead Demand and Supply Planning across an international portfolio. You will drive the S&OP process, develop forecasts, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Logistics to maximize sales and fill rates while minimizing days of supply.

You will mentor planners, ensure data integrity, and work with global planning to meet inventory targets and optimise cost across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Demand and Supply Planning across an international portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning Team to drive operational excellence and meet regional/global KPIs.
• Manage demand and supply planning functions with your Planning team across Product Groups.
• Oversee demand signals through analytics and collaborative reviews to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define NPI launches and plan transitions, adjusting forecasts accordingly.
• Analyze market trends and commercial impacts to inform demand plans for Sales Leads.
• Participate in EMEA S&OP, owning forecasted demand and improving KPIs and the supply chain process.
• Communicate demand and cannibalization risks during NPI launches and transitions.
• Ensure EOL plans are forecasted and remaining inventory is used for visibility.
