What Will You Be Doing?
As a Sales Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient car finance application processing, supporting both our Sales Team and valued partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Application Review & Management: Assess finance applications with precision, identifying discrepancies and missing details.
Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve application discrepancies by working with our Sales Team, dealerships, customers, and brokers.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to streamline processes and enhance partner satisfaction.
Process Facilitation: Keep applications moving efficiently through the sales funnel to finalise finance agreements swiftly.
Target Achievement: Work towards key targets, helping us convert more deals and maintain our industry-leading standards.
