Lookers is recruiting a Sales Support Advisor for our Group Fleet office in Gateshead. This permanent, hybrid role requires two office days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) with hours 09:00-17:30.

The successful candidate will join a team of 18 and support vehicle ordering and customer service for Group Fleet customers. Reporting to Jenna Johnson, Gateshead Group Fleet Manager, you will use the fleet management system, maintain records, and handle internal and external queries with

• Support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers
• Use the internal fleet management system and comply procedures when processing and managing customer orders
• Ensuring together with our Senior Sales Support and Team Leaders, that all customer records/databases are completed and up to date
• Deal with internal and external queries in a pro‑active and professional manner
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to Group Fleet customers

Sales Support Advisor

Location: Maingate Gatesheasd

Contract type: Permanent, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office - Tuesday and Wednesday)

Salary: £27,750 per annum

Hours: Monday- Friday; 09:00-17:30

We are happy to announce we have a Sales Support Advisor role available based at our Group Fleet office in Gateshead. This is a hybrid working post.

This is an interesting, varied role, working alongside our Senior Sales Advisors and the wider team in providing a professional and efficient service to Group Fleet customers.

Joining a team of 18, and reporting to Jenna Johnson our Gateshead’s Group Fleet Manager, who will give you everything you need to flourish in this role.
