Job Description

37.5 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Purpose of the Post

To manage all incoming sales enquiries. To convert these enquiries into invoiced business or hand the lead over to a member of the field-based sales team according to size and business scale.

  1. Administer all new sales enquiries coming into the sales inbox and assign to the relevant team member.
  2. Turn these sales queries around including the raising of quotations, sending new client registration forms, and being part of the onboarding team.
  3. Liaise with Europortal onboarding team to ensure training is arranged in a timely manner.
  4. Where the leads are potentially significant (revenue or business scale), ensure these are passed on fully to the Business Development Sales team.
  5. Answer phone calls from new customers and deal with queries as they arise.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the first month of transferring to the customer service team.
  7. Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from customers.
  8. Input new client details into CRM and log new prospects, leads, and opportunities.
  9. Communicate with new customers during the first month of operation to ensure effective service aligned with customer expectations.
  10. Carry out a full handover of the customer into the daily customer service routines after the first month, to maintain the same level of service.
  11. Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
  12. Have a good understanding of core operating systems – FGS, CRM, CLO, CLQ, Europortal, RelationWise, and other applicable systems.
