Job Title: Sales Support Administrator (12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)

Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)

A leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving tech environment, providing crucial support to the sales and account management functions.

The Role

The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. This individual will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that underpin the sales process, assisting with proposals, coordinating internal teams, and helping maintain customer satisfaction through efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and account management teams.
  • Create and maintain sales documentation and proposals.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support timely order processing and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports and sales data using Excel.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and ensure sales processes are followed.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings and follow-up actions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
  • Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or coordinator role (ideally within the tech or MSP sector).
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team.
