Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Cambridge Area for a Sales Support Administrator. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Additionally, the role involves handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales events, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications
  • Customer service skills and experience handling customer inquiries and support.
  • Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling meetings and managing databases.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate sales reports and maintain records.
