Job summary

Premier Pits, part of MBE Fabrications Ltd, invites applications for a Sales Support Administrator / Junior Sales Executive in Spalding. The role involves handling enquiries, updating CRM, preparing quotations and coordinating between sales, design, production and installation teams. Responsibilities

• Receive, log and help manage incoming sales enquiries.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM / pipeline records.
• Help prepare quotation packs and supporting information.
• Assist with order acknowledgements and customer documentation.
• Coordinate information between sales, design, production and installation teams.
• Help maintain the live orderbook and weekly sales reporting information.
• Support the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Chase missing customer information, drawings, PO numbers or site details.
• Assist with trade show preparation, brochures, case studies and sales literature.
• Help ensure customers receive timely, professional communication.
• Provide general sales administration support to the Sales Director and wider team.
