Job summary

Premier Pits is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Administrator / Junior Sales Executive to join the head office in Spalding. You will handle enquiries, support the sales team, manage CRM data and help prepare quotations, with opportunities to develop into a more customer-facing sales role.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a technical manufacturing environment, with training and progression potential within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication, with confidence talking to customers by phone and email.
• Willingness to learn technical product information and update CRM / databases accurately.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or administration is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and help manage incoming sales enquiries.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and accurate CRM records.
• Help prepare quotation packs and order documentation.
• Coordinate information between sales, design, production and installation teams.
• Assist with trade show prep and sales literature as needed.
