Job summary

Dometic in Blandford Forum is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join the Sales team. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the Sales Director.

You will develop relationships with distributors and dealers and ensure timely responses and accurate pricing and lead times. Requirements include experience in sales or customer service, familiarity with CRM systems and ERP/MRP software, and strong numeracy and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer service environment; proactive approach.
• Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of ERP/MRP software desirable.
• Experience in achieving targets and administering accounts.
• High level of numeracy and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and manage day-to-day sales matters via Freshdesk.
• Own customer needs and set deadlines for enquiries.
• Provide direct support for the Sales Team as required.
• Develop relationships with distributors and dealers through regular contact.
• Verify information, provide pricing and lead times as requested.
• Process incoming sales orders and communicate with customers via telephone, Teams, and email.
• Handle day-to-day sales administration and proactive outbound calls.
• Assist with general office duties and improvement projects when needed.

We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Sales Support executive. This position reports to the Sales Director and will work in our Blandford Office.

About The Position

As a Sales Supporter in the Sales team, you will be involved in... (a short introduction to the role - the essence and the purpose of the role).

Your Main Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries both internally and externally: deal with enquiries, manage all day-to-day sales matters through our internal ticketing system, Freshdesk.


• Taking ownership of customer needs; create and manage deadlines for enquiries where appropriate


• Provide direct support for Sales Team as required


• Develop relationships with all distributors and dealers through regular communication, both written and on the phone.


• Checking and Verification


• Provide pricing and lead times where requested· Process incoming sales orders through Axapta· Communicate with customers – telephone, Teams and email


• Day to day sales administration· Answering the telephone quickly and efficiently and making outgoing, proactive calls where neccesary


• General office duties


• Help with improvement projects as necessary


• Be aware of Dometic's health & safety policy and, in particular, understand the arrangements which affect you and what your own responsibilities might be


• Undertake other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Directors of Dometic.

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience and proven proactive approach working in a sales or customer service environment (telephone based an advantage)


• Experience of CRM systems· Knowledge of ERP/MRP software, desirable· Experience in achieving targets· Experience in administering accounts, desirable· High level of numeracy· Very good standard of written and spoken English
