Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Michael Kors flagship store in London. You will lead a team to deliver elevated customer experiences in-store and through Virtual Shopping, coaching ambassadors and driving loyalty with clienteling tools.

You’ll manage training, onboarding and performance while maintaining strong KPI focus, loss prevention, and seamless communications across platforms. This role requires a proactive, energetic leader.

Competenze

• Relevant proven retail experience in a fast-paced retailer.
• Technological proficiency and ability to leverage tech to drive sales.
• Proficiency in KPIs and Microsoft Office; fluent English.

Mansioni

• Inspire, lead and coach the store team and collaborate with the host store to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.
• Support the management team in training and developing the store team and onboarding new joiners.
• Lead the MK Ambassadors to ensure exceptional customer experiences in-store and via Virtual Shopping.
• Maintain client communication using clienteling apps and tools.
• Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
• Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are set and communicated.
