Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead by example, inspire the store team, and drive performance in our flagship experience. You will coach and develop the team, ensuring every client interaction reflects our elevated standards in both in-store and virtual shopping.

You’ll manage clienteling, hit KPIs, and foster a fast-paced, positive atmosphere. The role offers clothing allotment and employee wellbeing programmes with a compensation range of 26,000–41,500 GBP for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Relevant proven retail experience with a fast-paced retailer.
• Technologically proficient, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer experience.
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, keeping a positive attitude and maintaining speed, energy and optimism.
• Proficiency in KPIs and Microsoft Office Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead and coach the store team and collaborate with the host store to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.
• Support the management team in training and developing the store team and onboarding new joiners.
• Lead the MK Ambassadors to ensure exceptional customer experiences in-store and via Virtual Shopping.
• Maintain client communication using clienteling apps and tools.
• Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
• Set and communicate KPIs for MK Ambassadors and ensure achievement.
• Protect loss prevention as a priority and collaborate with store leadership.
