We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading name in Marine Manufacturing, known for innovation, quality, and trusted partnerships across the globe. They're now looking for an ambitious European Sales Representative to join their team and drive growth across key territories.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across European markets.
  2. Take ownership of key accounts and nurture long-term client relationships.
  3. Work closely with influencers and decision-makers to ensure our client is the go-to supplier in their space.
  4. Manage sales pipelines, customer databases, and project coordination.
  5. Drive proactive sales processes, mentor clients, and support commercial growth.
  6. Regular international travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the brand.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience or desire to work in international sales or export markets.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with an engaging, professional presence.
  3. Knowledge or genuine interest in the Marine industry or technical manufacturing sectors.
  4. Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
  5. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
