About

Evolve is working with an innovative leader in the MedTech market, seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. Focused on Vascular sales, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client's presence in the market, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders.

This is a permanent role based in East England, covering Yorkshire, East Midlands, London, and the South East territory.

Ideal Requirements for the Sales Specialist

• Sales and clinical experience in vascular therapy, selling PICCs / Ports / CVCs.
• Degree or equivalent in a life science or healthcare subject.
• Good knowledge of vascular procedures.
• Proven sales track record within Vascular, with creativity and problem-solving skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and key stakeholders.
• Create hospital-level business plans to identify key stakeholders and drive sales through meetings and in-field visits.
• Promote and drive sales of the vascular product range in theatre/clinic environments.
• Stay updated on NHS developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
