Job summary

B&Q is hiring a Sales & Service Team Manager designate across Worcester, Evesham and Malvern. You will lead front end, showroom and TradePoint teams to drive sales through exceptional service, with a focus on a customer-centric culture.

This permanent role offers 36.75 hours per week, a salary up to £33,000 plus bonus, pension, and generous holiday. You will onboard and learn across store formats before taking on your own department.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large part of store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a newly formed team of Shift Leads.
• Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
• Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, TradePoint + Front end to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee safety, security + compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
