Job summary

schuh in Teesside Park is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant. You’ll need flexibility for weekends and weekdays and will receive full training. In this role you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, share in-depth product knowledge and work toward KPIs while processing payments, orders and reservations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Teesside Park!

This is a part-time position, and you must have good flexibility on weekends and weekdays.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
