Monil is seeking a Sales Representative to promote virtual fencing solutions across the UK. This role involves outreach to farmers, nurturing leads, and representing the company at industry events. The successful candidate will have a background in sales, ideally within Agtech, and be skilled at building long-term relationships with customers. This is a full-time position with a remote setup and travel requirements, offering competitive salary and benefits.
Help bring virtual fencing to more UK farmers
At Monil, we’re a team of ambitious entrepreneurs, engineers, and innovators committed to transforming modern farming with our virtual fencing system. We’re already helping 600+ farmers manage livestock more efficiently, saving time, money, and stress. We’ve sold over 13,000 cattle collars, each paired with a yearly software subscription.
Our collars are designed and produced in Norway, and sold directly to farmers in Norway, the UK, and soon, globally. We've met all our ambitious targets so far, but the real fun is just beginning. To scale further, we need exceptional sales representatives who connect with farmers and understand the unique challenges they face.
The sales process in the UK market varies from efficiently closing warm, nurtured leads to longer cycles that require follow-up, structure, and trust. We’re looking for someone who thrives with both.
As one of our first full-time team members in the UK, you’ll be responsible for helping us grow our presence and drive adoption across the country. You’ll be part of Monil's commercial team (primarily based in Norway), with regular travel across the UK and occasional trips to Norway and the US.
