Job summary

Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting a Sales Administrator for a Leeds-based manufacturing business. This permanent, full-time role offers training and development in sales support, customer service and administration.

You will work with Account Management and Sales teams to handle enquiries, prepare quotations and provide after-sales support. Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00, Friday 8:00–15:00, with a salary of £26,500 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or sales support.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support, customer service, estimating and administration.
• Assist with day-to-day customer requirements and enquiries by phone or email.
• Understand customer needs and prepare accurate quotations and estimates.
• Review enquiry and tender information to identify products and services.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and product details.
• Process customer and purchase orders and provide updates.
• Ensure quotations and requests are completed accurately and on time.
