Job summary

The Portfolio Group are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Compliance Officer based in Manchester City Centre. The role involves reviewing sales journeys, monitoring calls and providing constructive feedback to ensure regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.

You will work closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance and operations to address issues, document findings and help implement improvements. This is an on-site role paying up to £32,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, sales, customer service or another relevant role.
• Ability to assess calls, interactions or processes against set standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review sales journeys and customer interactions to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out quality checks on Business Development Managers against defined criteria.
• Monitor calls and provide fair, constructive feedback on performance.
