Confidential is seeking a Sales and Purchasing Coordinator to manage orders from start to finish, raise orders in Sage 50, and coordinate purchasing and shipments. You will monitor stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and ensure certificates of conformance are issued for each shipment.

The role includes UK and overseas shipments, a Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm schedule with Friday 8am-12pm, and a discretionary company bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling end-to-end orders in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to raise sales and purchase orders accurately in Sage 50.
• Strong Excel/Outlook/Word literacy and numerical accuracy.

• Manage orders from start to finish and update stakeholders.
• Raise sales and purchase orders in Sage 50 Accounts Professional.
• Procure materials from suppliers at the right price and track stock.
• Coordinate UK and overseas shipments with freight partners.
• Issue Certificates of Conformance for shipments.
• Resolve delivery issues and keep processes moving smoothly.
