Job summary

Knight Knox in Manchester is seeking a Sales Progressor/Conveyancer to drive progression for UK estate agency and conveyancing clients. Role involves chasing quiet clients, coordinating with panel solicitors, and managing a busy pipeline.

We offer part-time or full-time permanent roles, with a live pipeline and commission opportunities; the team maintains a high standard of service and rapid exchanges, backed by Knight Knox’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven sales progression experience with completion volumes.
• Working knowledge of conveyancing, AML/ID checks and proof of funds.

Responsibilities

Sales Progressor / Conveyancer Required!

Location - Media City, Salford Quays - Manchester, PART TIME or FULL TIME permanent role.

Who this suits?

Someone who has already done sales progression in UK estate agency or residential conveyancing, knows the process and is genuinely good at the part most people avoid, chasing a client who has gone quiet or getting our panel Solicitors lined up for bulk exchanges/completions on a busy Friday.

You might want part time hours or you might prefer full time, we are open minded depending on the candidate.

You'll need:

• Proven sales progression experience with completion volumes
• Working knowledge of conveyancing, AML/ID checks and proof of funds
• The confidence to chase firmly and professionally with the judgement to know when to escape
• Daily discipline with CRM and pipeline records
• A target hitting hunger to get the numbers done every month
• Proactive approach with our clients
