Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking a Sales Compensation & Planning Analyst to support design, implementation and administration of sales compensation programs. Based in London, you will assist with planning processes and work with senior leadership to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Hands-on experience with Xactly and SQL is essential, with exposure to Finance, HR, Operations and Sales teams. This role offers an entry point into sales operations and compensation management.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills for working with sales teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and test compensation plan changes and new incentive structures.
Maintain compensation databases and ensure accurate payment processing.
Process compensation inquiries and resolve calculation discrepancies.
Execute and administer sales compensation plans including commission calculations and bonuses.
