Huws Gray Wrightington is seeking a friendly Sales Person to connect with customers, offer expert guidance and help drive branch success.

You’ll use up-to-date product knowledge to advise on building materials, tailor quotes, follow up on enquiries and develop leads.

The role involves maintaining inviting displays, supporting colleagues across the branch, and delivering a personal, positive shopping experience for both trade customers and DIY enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, good computer literacy, and previous retail or sales experience.
• Strong product knowledge and a background within a builders’ merchant environment.

• Building connections- with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice.
• Creating tailored solutions- preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads.
• Keeping things running smoothly- managing essential admin efficiently.

• Enhancing the shopping experience- maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays.
