Job summary

Huws Gray Sunderland is seeking a Sales Person to build connections with customers, provide expert advice, and drive branch success at the Sunderland branch. You’ll help create tailored solutions, follow up on enquiries, and maintain smooth administrative processes while delivering excellent service.

You’ll bring prior customer service experience, with sales experience or knowledge of building materials considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person and by phone, in the branch or yard.
• Creating tailored solutions: preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, developing leads.
• Keeping administration running smoothly and accurately.
• Offering product guidance with up-to-date knowledge to help customers choose materials.
• Maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays and enhancing the shopping experience.
• Collaborating across the branch with colleagues (yard and counter sales) to support the team.

Keeping things running smoothly-managing essential admin efficiently

Offering guidance-with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials

Enhancing the shopping experience-maintainingwell-stocked, inviting displays

Collaborating-acrossthe branch with your colleagues,including yard and counter sales, to support the team

Whatyou’llbring:
