Job summary

Huws Gray Milton Keynes is looking for a Sales Person to join the team, helping customers in-branch and over the phone with expert advice on building materials.

You'll build lasting relationships, create tailored solutions, and support the branch's day-to-day operations while delivering a friendly, helpful shopping experience.

Flexible working options are welcome, with training provided to grow your knowledge and career within the Huws Gray group.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus but isn’t essential.
• Strong time-keeping, organisation and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone and in-branch, providing expert advice.
• Creating tailored solutions: preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, developing leads.
• Keeping admin tasks running smoothly and efficiently.
• Offering guidance with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
• Enhancing the shopping experience with well-stocked, inviting displays.
• Collaborating across the branch with yard and counter sales to support the team.

Whatyou’llbring:
