Huws Gray Group is seeking a Sales Person at Norwich Barker Street to connect with customers and share know-how. You’ll play a vital role in building relationships, offering expert advice, and driving branch success.

You’ll bring excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and recent retail or sales experience. Training will be provided to help you grow within the business and support our communities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and good computer literacy.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Strong product knowledge; builders' merchant environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers in person, on the phone, and in-branch/yard, offering expert advice.
• Create tailored solutions: quotes, follow-ups, and developing leads.
• Keep operations running smoothly by managing essential admin.
• Provide product guidance with up-to-date knowledge to help customers pick materials.
• Enhance shopping with well-stocked, inviting displays.
• Collaborate across the branch with yard and counter sales teams.
