Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en immobilier, vente de propriété ou développement commercial au Royaume-Uni.
  • Compréhension solide du paysage des agences immobilières à Londres, Manchester ou Liverpool.
  • Capacité de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement de startup.

Responsibilities

  • Identifier et établir des partenariats avec des agents immobiliers, des propriétaires et des entreprises immobilières au Royaume-Uni.

Job description

Location: Remote (UK-based applicants only)

Proppa House Ltd is seeking a results-driven, experienced professional in Sales & Partnerships with a proven background in UK real estate. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned individual with at least five years’ experience working with or within estate agency networks — particularly in major hubs such as London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds.

This position will be remote for an initial period of three months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with estate agents, landlords, and real estate firms in the UK
  • Lead and close onboarding conversations with property listers and partners
  • Drive user acquisition and contribute to our early-stage growth strategy
  • Provide weekly reports and insights to the management team
  • Represent Proppa House with professionalism and market insight
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or business development within the UK
  • Strong understanding of the estate agency landscape in at least one of the following: London, Manchester, or Liverpool
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Proactive, ambitious, and capable of working independently in a startup environment
  • Based in the UK and available to work remotely during the internship
